Description

The metal profile PK-45 is a universal material that is widely used in various architectural and construction projects. PK-45 Plus differs from its classic "brother" by its increased working width (1090 mm). It is successfully combined with modern construction materials, which allows you to create aesthetically attractive and practical structures.

A special design with additional stiffening ribs provides the corrugated sheet with high strength and reliability. Due to this, the profile with a corrugation height of 45 mm can withstand significant loads, which makes it a popular choice for roofing with large slopes and wide spans, the installation of permanent formwork for floors and other design solutions. This material is appreciated by both professional developers and private homeowners for its functionality, durability and reasonable cost.

The corrugated sheet is made of 0,40–0,70 mm thick steel, which after the corrugation process acquires improved strength characteristics and resistance to deformation. The wave height of 45 mm provides the material with the ability to withstand increased loads, allowing it to be used as a load-bearing element. This also makes it possible to lay the corrugated sheet on a lathing with a wider pitch, which makes it an economical and convenient choice in construction.

We offer a variety of color solutions according to the RAL palette and the possibility of cutting metal to order. On our website you will find all the necessary additional elements for working with profiled sheets and will be able to place an order right away.

ArcelorMittal

ArcelorMittal is the world's second-largest steel company, registered in Luxembourg. The company's production facilities are located in 18 countries on four continents, and its products are sold in 160 countries. It includes mining, steelmaking and rolling enterprises.

The company was formed in 2006 as a result of the merger of the Luxembourg company Arcelor and the Indian Mittal Steel, owned by businessman Lakshmi Mittal. ArcelorMittal owns numerous iron ore and coal mining enterprises, as well as metallurgical plants, among which the ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih plant in Ukraine occupies a significant place.

Production of thin sheet steel for metal tiles and corrugated sheets

ArcelorMittal uses advanced technologies to produce thin sheet steel, using the latest metal processing and coating methods. Among the technologies used are hot-dip galvanizing and polymer coating, which ensure high product quality and long-lasting protection against corrosion.

The steel we supply is manufactured in factories in Poland and Germany and is known for its high quality, durability and decorative properties. This steel is ideal for the production of metal tiles and corrugated sheets, which are widely used in construction.

Advantages of ArcelorMittal steel:

  1. High strength:
    • Steel has excellent mechanical strength, which makes it resistant to deformation and external influences.
  2. Corrosion protection:
    • The application of zinc or aluminum-zinc coating provides long-term protection against corrosion, which is especially important for roofing materials.
  3. Variety of decorative coatings:
    • ArcelorMittal offers steel with a variety of coatings such as polyester, plastisol and PVDF, allowing you to choose the right colour and texture for your specific project.
  4. Environmental friendliness:
    • ArcelorMittal products meet high environmental standards and can be fully recycled, reducing their environmental impact.

Roofing corrugated sheets are designed for the construction of pitched roofs on residential buildings, industrial buildings, warehouses, and agricultural structures. Laid on a supporting structure, they form a reliable covering that diverts rain and melt water, protects the sub-roof space from wind, and maintains its shape even under significant snow loads.

Roofing corrugated sheets are the load-bearing element of the roofing system. They determine how well the roof copes with real-world climatic conditions and how long it remains intact without repair.

The key property of the material is its profile height, which directly impacts the load-bearing capacity and permissible batten spacing. The deeper the corrugation, the greater the span a sheet can span without intermediate supports. This reduces the consumption of structural materials and speeds up installation.

Roofing corrugated sheets are equally suitable for a small country house or an industrial hangar covering several thousand square meters—in either case, they provide the necessary strength and watertightness.

The line includes seven classic profiles: PK-20, PK-35, PK-45, PK-57, PK-60, PK-75, and PK-100, as well as 20mm corrugated profiles with a knurled edge. This range allows for the precise selection of a solution for any type of building—from a residential building with a slight slope to a large industrial structure with wide rafter spacing and significant snow loads.

Thus, Arsenal-Center corrugated roofing sheets are a universal roofing solution for projects of any size, combining a wide selection of profiles, high load-bearing capacity, and consistent factory quality.
